Is there such a thing as the justified murder of a tyrant? An acceptable militant resistance? Over the course of three filmic performative solos, Costa Compagnie follows the path of Monika Ertl. The daughter of Riefenstahl’s cameraman joined the National Liberation Army of Bolivia at the end of the 1960s and murdered the office he murdered Che Guevara along with his successor. Drive by the question of how far anti-fascism can be allowed to go, the artists battle through history and the present.
