Josephine Findeisen

The choreographic praxis of Josephine Findeisen examines social realities and their influence on moving bodies. The focus is placed on female/proletarian perspectives and entanglements of class, gender and body. Findeisen is the initiator of the networking meeting Arbeiter:innentöchter Vereinigt Euch! (Daughters of the Working Class Unite!) in Berlin. With Working Class Dance Group, she follows the desire to build a network in which class structures, among other things, can be physically negotiated.
